Garcia's Cannabis Collective

Garcia's Cannabis Collective grew out of Garcia's Tobacco Shop, which has operated on Church Street since well before cannabis was legal. The tobacco shop's existing retail presence and customer base made the transition to adult-use cannabis relatively seamless, and the current operation carries forward that community-anchored, small-business feel.

The dispensary menu covers flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, and topicals from a mix of Vermont and regional producers. The shop leans into approachability — staff will happily spend time with customers who are new to cannabis or new to the legal market. Pickup via Dutchie is well-integrated.

Centrally located on Church Street Marketplace, Garcia's is one of the most convenient downtown options for visitors, within easy walking distance of hotels, restaurants, and the waterfront.
