Theory Wellness opened its Brattleboro location in December 2022 at 768 Putney Road in the Fairfield Plaza — a multi-state cannabis operator (Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont) bringing a well-reviewed regional presence to southern Vermont.

The shop's defining advantage is hours: daily 9 AM–9 PM, seven days a week — the latest close of any Brattleboro dispensary and among the latest in Vermont. It also opens at 9 AM every day, including Sunday.
