31° North is a locally owned and operated dispensary on Route 100 (Waterbury-Stowe Road) between Waterbury village and Stowe. The shop is owned by two Vermont women and has developed a loyal following both locally and among tourists making the Stowe drive.

The menu covers flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes, and edibles with a mix of Vermont and regional brands. Staff take an accessible, education-first approach — the shop is a particularly good choice for visitors unfamiliar with Vermont cannabis law and product norms.

Hours are 10 AM–7 PM most days, extended to 8 PM Thursday through Saturday. Location is about 35 minutes from Burlington via I-89 and Route 100.
